Cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled booking time to receive a full refund of the booking amount paid.
Cancel at least 24 hours but less than 72 hours before the booking and a 50% booking fee will apply. The remaining 50% is refundable.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are not eligible for a refund.
How to cancel
To cancel, contact Wave Studio at wavemediastudioz@gmail.com or on +234913 541 0110. The cancellation time is the time at which Wave Studio receives your cancellation request.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible. A request made close to the booked session may be treated under the cancellation bands above where the original slot cannot reasonably be reassigned.
Late arrival and unused time
Your booking begins and ends at the confirmed times. Late arrival does not automatically extend the booking, and unused time caused by a late arrival is not refundable.
Studio cancellation
If Wave Studio has to cancel a confirmed session because the studio is unavailable for reasons within our control, you may choose an alternative available date or a full refund of the amount paid for the affected booking.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be returned using an appropriate available payment method. Processing times may depend on the bank or payment provider used.
